2QZ J015940.6-281040: rapid fading

   Josch Hambsch and Peter Starr have reported observations.
The object was nearly constant around 13.3 mag at the time
of Starr's observation on Dec. 9.  On Dec. 10, the object
was rapidly fading around 14.0 mag in Hambsch's data.
The outburst was bright enough to suspect that this may be
a precursor outburst.  Further observations are encouraged.
