Indeed 14ei brightened last night to the level of mag 14.4 slowly declining
towards 14.8 at the end of the observing session.
Hence the 12th re-brightening is a fact.

   Josch Hambsch has reported new observations.
The object was brighter and was rising on JAn. 18.
This may be an indication of ongoing 12th rebrightening.
