ASASSN-15bq (=FBS0713+648?)

   The object appears to be identified with FBS 0713+648.
The object in Mickaelian 2004 (A&A 426, 367) is not
particularly blue in SDSS.  It was likely that the object
was in outburst during the FBS exposure, and was not
identified correctly after it faded.
