This PN was confirmed on the frames taken after
discovery using 0.50-m f/6.0 reflector + unfiltered
CCD. He informs nothing is visible at this location
on his past frames including the most recent survey
taken on 2013 Nov. 6.375 UT (limit mag. = about 15)
using same survey telescope."
