The previous outburst detection was by Gary Poyner:
2014 Dec. 29.904 UT, 13.844C (vsnet-outburst 17782).

Subsequently MASTER OT J004527.52+503213.8 was
observed at V= 15.5 mag on 2015 Jan. 4 by Kiyoshi Kasai
(vsnet-alert 18143).

That (long) outburst was presumably a superoutburst.
