DDE 26 (UGSU - similar to MN Dra)

DDE26 20151204.244 15.83V ASN

Previous VSNET messages (2012 July 27 - Aug. 1):

DDE 26: new SU UMa-type dwarf nova
Colin Littlefield has reported the following data:
"I just finished a 3.5-hour time series on DDE 26.
It shows 0.3-mag superhumps with a period of
~2.17 hours, so it is in the lower end of the
period gap."
Further observations are encouraged!

DDE 26: refined superhump period
We have received observations from Crimean
Astroph. Obs. Team (observer: Oksana
Antonyuk). Combined with Littlefield's
observation, we have obtained a refined period
of 0.08947(7) d. Other aliases appear to be
excluded based on O-C analysis.

DDE 26: period variation
Crimean Astroph. Obs. team (observers
O. Antonyuk, A. Baklanov, relayed by
E. Pavlenko) reported further observations.
The object appears to show a large negative
Pdot of -26(11)*10^(-5), similar to the
long-Psh system MN Dra.

Patrick
