V404 Cyg: rising

     Kasai-san, Miyashita-san and Itoh-san have reported new
observations.  The object is rising.  It was brighter by about
1 mag than yesterday.  This activity is similar to that in the
early stage of the June outburst.  It showed short-term
variations with amplitudes of 0.2--0.6 mag.

Further observations are encouraged.
