V404 Cyg: gradually rising

     Kyoto U. team, Maeda-san and Itoh-san have reported
new observations.  High-amplitude variations were not seen
last night.  The object, however, did not seem to be completely
fading.  The magnitude of this object was changing in 14 --15
mag in I band.  In addition, it seemed to be gradually rising.
Further observations are encouraged.
