[vsnet-alert 19530] Re: V2492 Cyg outburst

This could probably be a false Gaia alert. The object is quite red
(sort of (V-I)~3) and Gaia is measuring in white light (Gaia G band),
so any comparison Gaia G versus literature V is prone to false results.

In addition, the historical lightcurve of this variable is characterized
by continuous and large variability over several times scale, from days
to years. It is at white light ~ 14 mag since last December.
