ASASSN-16bh: plateau-type rebrightening

   According to AAVSO observations (mainly by Peter Starr),
this object rapidly faded from the superoutbrst
plateau on Feb. 25 and brightened again on Feb. 28.
The object now shows plateau-type rebrightening
(still brighter than mag 15).  Further observations
are strongly requested.
