ASASSN-15tc outburst

   ASAS-SN detection.   Although the outburst amplitude
is small, the ASAS-SN light curve suggests bright outbursts
recurring rather regularly.  It may be an short-cycle
SU UMa like V503 Cyg.  Maybe worth undertaking time-resolved
photometry.
