ASASSN-16dt: stage A superhumps update

   Berto Monard, Enrique de Miguel and, in particular,
Gordon Myers have reported new observations.
Gordon Myers reported observations during the rising
phase of the second superoutburst.
Growing superhumps have been present starting from
the rising phase of the second superoutburst.
The period has been constant at 0.06487(3) d.
By identifying the superhumps as stage A ones,
we have obtained q=0.028(2).  This value is unexpectedly
small and we should closely watch whether stage B
superhumps indeed develop.
If confirmed, the object is expected to be one of
the best confirmed period bouncers.
