ASASSN-13bc: faded, stages

   Geoff Stone, Shugarov's team and Javier Ruiz
have reported new observations.  The object entered
the rapid fading phase on May 31.
There was an apparent stage B-C transition on May 28.
The Pdot was positive before this and the mean
period was 0.0706(1) d.  Stage C superhumps after
this transition had a period of 0.07005(5) d.
