ASASSN-16hg: stage B-C transition

     Josch Hambsch has reported new observations. The object faded to
18.5V on July 30. There was the stage B-C transition around July 29.
The superhumps, which was regarded as stage A in vsnet-alert 19990,
seems to be stage B having a nearly zero Pdot. Unfortunately, there were
no signals of stage A.
