ASASSN-16js: new WZ Sge-type dwarf nova

   Josch Hambsch has reported observations.  The object
shows double-wave early superhumps with a period of
0.0611(4) d.  The full amplitude is 0.32 mag, pretty
large.  The period may suggest a period bouncer.
Continued observations are strongly encouraged
to detect stage A superhumps and measure the mass ratio.
