Carter_SDSSJ173047.59+554518.5: updated superhump period

   S.Shugarov and P.Golysheva have reported new observations.
The object has been significantly fading.
Superhump were clearly recorded.  The mean period
since Sep. 12 has been 0.024593(8) d.
There was some hint of stage B-C transition
on Sep. 15.
