   Please be careful.  The quiescent magnitude of this
object varies significantly.  16.8 is simply the faintest
recorded magnitude.  The object has brighter quiescence
recently (such as in early 2018, around 14.0 mag).
The outburst pattern has become irregular since
the outburst near the end of 2020 Feb.
