   It is known that slowly rising outbursts are present
in DX And and CH UMa.  Observations of eclipses during
such outbursts in NSV11599 would provide crucial information
whether such outbursts are "inside-out" ones as
the disk instability theory predicts.
Please watch for the next outburst, and detect it
from the very beginning.
