This dwarf nova in Draco is currently in outburst, according to the
real-time ZTF Lasair light curve and data (Masci et al., 2019):

The variable was originally discovered by MASTER in an outburst to 15.2m on
2013-11-30.44 UT, see ATel #5618. There was a bright two-weeks long
outburst in July 2018 in ZTF data peaking at 14.9m on 2018-07-07.226 UT,
see http://scan.sai.msu.ru/~denis/J1435+5921-ZTF-DR4-LC.gif and

The current outburst is yet brighter - likely a superoutburst.
Time-resolved photometry is encouraged.
