ASASSN-21em: new SU UMa-type dwarf nova

   Berto Monard and Josch Hambsch have reported
observations.  Monard's observations on Apr. 3 clearly
showed superhumps.  Although there was a sign of
superhumps in Hambsch's data on Apr. 2 and 3, the result
was not conclusive.  An analysis of the entire data
since Apr. 2 yield a period of 0.0574(1) d.
There was no evidence of superhumps on Mar. 31.
