The start of the still ongoing (rather slow) brightening was announced in

It has been confirmed by Yasuo Sano (see Taichi Kato's message below)
and now also by ASAS-SN:

  Sano-san reported observations on Apr. 8 confirming
the brightening to 17.8 mag.  The object may further
