OV Boo: ASAS-SN detection

   It was a pity that ASAS-SN detected this outburst earlier
but that the announcement was too late.
It was fortunate that the discovery by Masaru Mukai
was only 1 d after the final rising phase.
(If there had been observations at the time of
the ASAS-SN detection, we should have seen
growing early superhumps and eclipses could
have clarified the radius of the disk).
