Hi Robert,
There is a V ~21 red source (likely a red dwarf) 1" away (19 27 48.04 +19 39
32.7) from your position: 2MASS J19274805+1939325 = WISE J192748.06+193932.3
= IPHAS J192748.04+193932.7 = UGPS J192748.04+193932.5.
It would be a very large flare (~8 mag.) but not unprecendented.

Maybe this 'object was an artifact? Or a fast flare?
