ASASSN-17pm: WZ Sge-type dwarf nova with strong early-superhump modulations

Tonny Vanmunster, Tamas Tordai and Josch Hambsch have
reported observations. Vanmunster's observations clearly
indicated the presence of high-amplitude early superhumps
(even with eclipses?). This object is a WZ Sge-type dwarf
nova with a high inclination and deserves detailed observations.
The period is 0.05976(6) d, but is basically from Vanmunster's
data (other observations did not much extend the baseline).

So the times of discovery announcements were almost equal.
We would prefer the name ASASSN-17pm. The case might have
been different if Tadashi Kojima used "TCP" instead of "PNV".
