HO Pup: another IW And-like object (Z Cam star)

   Very interesting light curve!

   Occasional fading to 16 mag or maybe fainter.
Heart beat-like regular outbursts (small amplitudes)
in 2016-early 2017.  Then large amplitude-state
(most resembling IW And-type phenomenon here) again.

   This object is bright and would deserve time-resolved
photometry to detect possible (super)hump features.
