ASASSN-16pm: indeed likely a polar

The object is likely very faint (M_V = +7 in 2016 maximum,
although Gaia parallax is not very accurate).

Tonny Vanmunster and Itoh-san reported time-resolved
photometry in 2016-early 2017. The eclipses were structured,
suggesting eclipses of streams rather than a disk.

Detailed observations during the next high state
are strongly encouraged.
