   Although the ASAS-SN data were somewhat noisy,
there was at least an outburst reaching 13.8 mag
on 2016 July 29 and likely one reaching 13.0 mag
on 2017 Nov. 2 (lasting more than 10 d and
it may have been a superoutburst with a precursor
outburst on Oct. 23).  More observations are needed
to determine the nature of this object.
