EG Cnc: fading

     Kasai-san, Osaka Kyoiku U. team, Geoff Stone, Vihorlat observatory team
(Pavol A. Dubovsky, Tomas Medulka), Arto Oksanen, Crimean Astrophys. Obs.
team, Nataly Katysheva, Sergey Shugarov and Kyoto U. team have reported
further observations.
     The object is rapidly fading and at 13.8 mag now. The averaged period of
stage B superhumps was 0.060318 (9) d. Then, EG Cnc will show multiple
rebrightenings 6-7 days later. The brightness of the dip phase, namely a faint
phase between rebrightenings, is about 16 mag. It is important to observe the
dips in order to understand the mechanism of rebrightenings. We will be able
to observe late-stage superhumps or color variations in the dips throughout
the rebrightening phase.
     Further observations are encouraged.
