I also observed this target identifying the eclipses. Though I did not determine the parameters mentioned by you.

Last night’s observations at CBA Kleinkaroo show asassn-18yi to be  around mag 15.6 and undergoing sharp eclipses with a 0.1641d interval. A modulation of amplitude 0.35 seems to be present.
