ASASSN-19ct: indeed AM CVn-type object

   Josch Hambsch reported observations on Mar. 30 and 31.
On Mar. 31, the object was fading rapidly from 14.5 to
15.2.  Clear variations with a period of 0.02167(8) d
were present.  These variations are likely some kind
of superhumps (considering the outburst phase).
Continued observations are strongly encouraged.
