ASASSN-19gp: likely WZ Sge-type object rebrightening phase now

   There was a temporary minimum around Apr. 7 and then
brightened again.  The object may be still in outburst
and requires confirmation by imaging.

   There were observations from Josch Hambsch between
Mar. 19 and 23, but expected early superhumps were
below the detection limit.
