Gaia has also detected this outburst of ASASSN-19lw on the rise,
according to Gaia Photometric Alerts at
http://gsaweb.ast.cam.ac.uk/alerts

ASASSN-19lw = Gaia19cut
  20190703.4372 16.29G Gaia
  20190703.5112 16.24G Gaia
  20190703.6873 16.20G Gaia

Here is the Gaia light curve for this object over the last five years:
http://gsaweb.ast.cam.ac.uk/alerts/alert/Gaia19cut/

It also shows the absence of outbursts in July 2016 - July 2018. But
instead of being at stanstill around 18m, the star was found near the
minimum light from 19.3 to 20.5m. There was more activity going on in
2015.

Meanwhile ASASSN-19lw has a photometric sequence (14.7-19.1 V) thanks
to Tim Crawford at AAVSO Sequence Team.
