At a distance of about 1000 pc, a proper motion of 35 mas/yr corresponds to a
speed of ~35 AU/yr: for comparison the solar motion in the LSR is ~4 AU/yr.
The star is in Virgo, near Spica, at a galactic latitude of 48 degrees, so it is
not a disk object if really located at 1000 pc. However, given its faintness in
quiescence, the Gaia parallax has a 100% error and the star distance is
practically unknown.
