Dear colleagues,

I have just finished an initial analysis of 2 nights (2019, July 13/14 and
July 14/15) of extensive CCD observations in V & B filter of TCP
J21040470+4631129, obtained at CBA Extremadura Observatory using a 0.40-m
f/5.1 telescope and SX-46 CCD camera, under clear skies.

My first night of observations failed to reveal a clear periodicity, but
the second night shows the signature of what appear to be early superhumps
with an amplitude of 0.13 mag, hence most likely classifying this target as
a new WZ Sge-type dwarf nova.

A period analysis using the ANOVA, Lomb-Scargle and PDM methods (Peranso),
yields a combined superhump period of 0.0529 +/- 0.0006d. The object was at
mag 9.48 (B) on Jul 15th.

I will send my observations to AAVSO, CBA and VSNET for further analysis.

Follow-up observations are evidently highly recommended.

Best regards
Tonny
