ASASSN-19sk: rapidly fading (rare and short outburst)

     This object shows fading rapidly on July 28 by the observations that
Moriyama Masayuki-san and Kyoto U. team reported and ASAS-SN sky patrol.

     This object didn't show outbursts in the past by ASAS-SN sky patrol, but this outburst
profile looks like the normal outburst. Observations are encouraged.
