   The Gaia data clearly indicate ~0.5 mag brightening
between 2014 and 2019.

   This finding does not match the conclusion
by Kuulkers et al. (2011).

   To me, it looks most likely that the result
by Kuulkers et al. (2011) was biased.  See discussion
