MAXI J1807+132: gradually fading & multi-wavelength campaign

This source is fading these days, and the optical magnitude is ~17.
We have observational time at NuSTAR, NICER, and Swift at Sep. 26th.
This is the best chance to take multi-wavelength data of this object,
although it will be faint.  Filtered observations are highly encouraged.
