[vsnet-alert 23593] ASASSN-19xw - large amplitude 15m transient in Vulpecula

ASAS-SN team (K. Z. Stanek, C. S. Kochanek et al.) has reported this
15m object in Vulpecula to Transient Name Server on September 29th:

Discovery magnitude: 14.9g on 2019-09-29.23 UT

There is nothing at this position in PanSTARRS-1 images (limiting
magnitude about 23). Outburst amplitude is at least 8 mag. Galactic
latitude is +5.5 deg. The object is either a WZ Sge-type dwarf nova or
a classical Nova. Multi-color photometry and time series are
desirable.
