Long outburst, since at least 2019 November 7.
Previous (apparent) outbursts were recorded on 2016 February 21
and March 11 (superoutburst and rebrightening?).

  Hiraga-san detected a bright outburst of
V793 Cyg at 14.7 mag on Nov. 12.  Subtype yet unknown.
