[vsnet-alert 23767] TCP J21040470+4631129 third superoutburst!

This unique dwarf nova in Cygnus has brightened back to the level of
its second superoutburst which has peaked at 11.0m on 2019 Aug. 28.
Here are my recent observations from the Open University's Autonomous
Robotic Telescope (COAST):

Note that this star has never returned to its quiescent level of 18.1m
since the initial superoutburst on July 12th (150 days ago).
