[vsnet-alert 23842] MGAB-V270 superoutburst so far

This AM CVn-type candidate in Cepheus is showing the behaviour identical to
Aug. 2018 superoutburst, as predicted in [vsnet-alert 23827]. After peaking
at 15.2m on Jan. 1st, it has dropped below 17m in 4 days. Now it should
quickly recover to 16m and stay at that level for another 10 days or so.
