[vsnet-alert 23865] MGAB-V1111 outburst

This SU UMa-type dwarf nova in Cassiopeia is in its first outburst since
the start of monitoring with the Open University's COAST telescope from
2019 Nov. 29.

MGAB-V1111 = IPHAS J233843.55+571720.0

  2020017.8429  15.64CV  COAST  Outburst!

Gaia DR2 position (J2000.0): 23 38 43.54 +57 17 20.0

Three reference stars are marked with their V magnitudes from APASS DR9. I
have used 142 as a reference star and 158 as a check star.

Follow up observations are strongly recommended to see if this outburst is
a superoutburst. Light curve from ZTF DR2 with the previous superoutburst
