V495 Cas: likely ER UMa (or SU UMa borderline) object

   The recent ZTF data indicate that this object
is likely an SU UMa star with short supercycle.
In 2018-2019, the supercycles were 50-60 d.
The object is likely an ER UMa star (only few
normal outbursts between superoutbursts).
Time-resolved photometry is encouraged.
