Actually that outburst was more likely a WZ Sge-type superoutburst:
It started on 2019 Aug. 23 and lasted at least until Sept. 13 (Gaia19dwg)
– possibly until Sept. 18 (ASAS-SN Sky Patrol). The last detection was
made by Gaia on Oct. 18 (Gmag. 20.65, still above quiescence).

Complete ASAS-SN Sky Patrol (Shappee et al. 2014ApJ...788...48S
and Kochanek et al. 2017PASP..129j4502K) data and light curve:

Unfortunately there are only 14 AAVSO observations for this object
(by Peter Starr, SPET):

I have obtained BVR images of AT 2019olv remotely with iTelescope.Net
T17 on Aug. 26 at 12:38-12:49 UT. The object is blue - likely a dwarf
nova.

Large outburst amplitude, rapid fading - may be an AM CVn (IBWD)
object. Time series are encouraged.
