Akazawa-san, Funao, Kurashiki, Okayama, Japan, obtained a low-resolution
spectrum (resolution about 1.6 nm at H-alpha, range 380-790 nm) of this
PNV with a 0.35m telescope, DSS-7 and ST402 on Feb. 1.888 UT. He says that
it shows prominent H-alpha emission line, whose half width (which is not
deconvolved by the instrumental width) and the equivalent width are 1600
km/s and 11 nm, respectively. which show the characteristics of a nova.

Clear skies,
