Dear Friends,

I can confirm the outburst ot this star. I've just detected it on my 
DSLR images made of the CO Cygni - NGC 7000 field:

TCP J21040470+4631129 20200401.054  10.6TG  FID  Outburst!

Canon EOS 1000D + 180mm f/2.8 Zeiss Sonnar telehoto lens, Budapest, Hungary
