LN UMa: IW And-type phenomenon in 2019

   Repeated outbursts in 2019 Jan. to June (then solar
conjunction).  The cycles were particularly clear
in Apr. to June (slow brightening and outburst,
typical for "heartbeat" oscillation in IW And stars)

   This object is probably the first IW And star
showing VY Scl-type fading.
