There was one short outburst in 2014 based on the AAVSO database (16.06.2014
observer code HOT (John Hoot)).
 
Last night there was another outburst up to mag 12.6 CV. I caught the
falling part.

   These "outbursts" appear to be too short to be considered as dwarf
nova-outbursts.  They are likely IP outbursts.
Some of them were caught in ASAS-SN data.
It is interesting that there were no sign of this behavior in 2015.
