[vsnet-alert 24445] DDE 19 outburst

This dwarf nova in Cepheus is in outburst according to ZTF Lasair (Masci et
al., 2019) and ASAS-SN data (Shappee et al., 2014 Kochanek et al., 2017).

Looks like a starting superoutburst.

Eight superhump maxima were observed by Bill Stein during three nights in
2011. According to Kato et al., 2013 (PASJ Vol. 65, 1, 23) period of
superhumps is just below the period gap: 0.09121 d (2.19 hr).
