V1223 Sgr brightening on July 23

   Josch Hambsch caught the rising part of the outburst
on July 23.  It took 2.5 hours for a 1.5 mag rise.
If such rising is caught and announced, it would provide
a rare opportunity to study IP outburst spectroscopically
in real time.  Since this object currently shows outbursts
once in a week, such observations would be feasible
if this type of TOO observation can be carried out.
